Privacy Policy

BumpSocial is operated by GoldenTechLabs. We use the information needed to provide a private social app. We do not sell personal information, run advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps and websites.

Information we collect

To provide your account and the app’s features, we process your name, email address, account identifier, profile details, connections, posts, comments, direct and group messages, yearbook entries and replies, photos, voice recordings, and the device push token used to deliver notifications. If you contact us, we process the support feedback you submit and any information included with it.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, show your content to the people you choose to connect with, deliver notifications, keep the service secure, respond to support, and review reports of harmful content or conduct. We do not use it for targeted advertising.

Sharing and retention

Your profile and content are shared only as required by the audience and connection controls in BumpSocial. Service providers that host our infrastructure may process information only to operate the service. We retain account data while your account is active, unless a longer period is needed to resolve a safety, legal, or security matter.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, remove connections, block people, report content, change notification permissions in iOS Settings, and delete your account in BumpSocial. Account deletion removes your account and associated server data subject to the limited retention described above. See Privacy Choices for details.
